President of Weir Slurry Group, a Weir Group PLC Company, 2001-2003. Regional Managing Director of Weir Minerals North America, part of the Weir Minerals Division, Weir Group PLC, 2003- March 2013.

Managed 1500 people in (8) business units across Weir Minerals North America. Had (7) Presidents, a Regional CFO, and Regional Sales Director reporting to me in 2012. Achieved revenue growth of a 12 fold from 2001 to 2012. EBITA grew an average of 18.7% per year during the same period. We reduced working capital from 20% of sales to 10% or less in each business. Our Madison, Wisconsin, plant won Industry Week Magazine’s top 25 Best Plants in America award twice. We had sector best safety records yearly, and our constant new product innovations gained us market share across the region.
